Refund & Delivery Policy
Last updated September 7, 2026
This policy explains how delivery works and when you can get a refund or a replacement. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions.
How delivery works
- Order confirmed. You receive an email confirming the packages you ordered and the total paid.
- Brief. You provide the target URL, anchor text and any topic preferences. If you do not have a topic, our writers propose one for approval.
- Placement. We match the brief to publishers that meet the stated authority or traffic benchmark, then commission and place the content.
- Report. You receive a delivery report containing every live URL, the anchor used and the publisher metrics recorded at delivery.
Turnaround
Each product page states the expected turnaround for its tiers, measured in business days from receipt of payment and a complete brief. Most orders complete inside that window. Publisher review times vary, and large multi-post campaigns are delivered in batches rather than all at once.
Replacement guarantee
Every placement carries a replacement guarantee of 30 days from the delivery date, extended to 60 days on Premium tiers. If a link we delivered is removed, edited to nofollow, or the page returns a permanent error inside that window, we replace it with a placement of equivalent or better specification at no additional cost. To claim, send us the affected URL from your delivery report.
When you are entitled to a refund
- Before work starts. Full refund if you cancel before publisher outreach begins.
- We cannot fulfil. Full refund of the affected line if we cannot place the link to the specification stated on the product page.
- Wrong specification. Refund or replacement of the affected line if a delivered placement does not meet the stated authority or traffic benchmark.
- Duplicate charges. Full refund of any amount charged in error.
Partial refunds
Orders are delivered line by line. If part of an order is delivered to specification and part is not, we refund or replace the part that failed rather than the whole order. Where work has already been completed β for example an article has been written and accepted by a publisher β the cost of that completed work may be deducted from any refund.
What is not refundable
- Changes in search engine rankings, traffic or revenue. We sell placements, not rankings. See our Service Disclaimer.
- Links lost after the replacement window has closed.
- Orders cancelled after placements are live, unless the placements do not match what was ordered.
- Delays caused by late briefs, late approvals or unreachable contact details.
How to request a refund
Email us using the address in the site footer, or message us on WhatsApp, quoting your order reference. Include the delivery report line where relevant. We acknowledge requests within one business day and aim to resolve them within five business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card and wallet refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your provider.
Disputes
If we cannot agree, you may raise a dispute with your payment provider. We will cooperate with any such process and provide our records.
