This page explains the small text files and browser storage TrustLinks uses, and how to control them. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. Cookies let a site remember something between page loads — for example, what is in your cart. Some are essential for the site to work, others are optional and only measure how the site is used.

Essential cookies

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems.

• Cart cookie — keeps the packages you have added while you browse, so your order is not lost between pages. It stores product references and quantities only. It expires after 30 days.
• WordPress session cookies — used only if you sign in to an account or an admin area.
• Security and consent cookies — protect forms from automated submissions and remember a choice you make about optional cookies.

Analytics cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics to see which service pages are useful and which are not, so we can improve the catalogue. These count page views in aggregate. They are not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not share them with advertising networks.

Third party services

When you use certain features, a third party may set its own cookies under its own policy:

• Payment processors (card and PayPal) during checkout.
• Chat channels — if you open WhatsApp or Telegram from our site, those services apply their own policies. We do not embed their trackers on our pages.
• Embedded media, if we ever embed a video, load from the hosting provider.

Local storage

We may use browser local storage for interface preferences, such as whether a panel was last left open. Local storage stays on your device and is not sent to us.

How to control cookies

• Browser settings. Every modern browser can block or delete cookies. In Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari this is under privacy or site settings.
• Blocking essential cookies. If you block essential cookies the cart will not remember your items between pages, and checkout may not complete.
• Do Not Track. We respect the Do Not Track browser setting for optional analytics.

Changes

If the cookies we use change, we will update this page and, where required by law, ask for your consent again before setting optional cookies.
