These terms govern your use of trustlinks.net and any service you order from TrustLinks. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Please also read our Service Disclaimer, which explains what our services can and cannot promise.

1. About the service

TrustLinks provides editorial link building and SEO services: guest posts, niche edits, high authority placements, niche-relevant citations, press release distribution and managed SEO campaigns. Each product page states what is included, the quantity of placements, the authority or traffic benchmark, the expected turnaround and the price for each tier.

2. Orders and acceptance

Adding a package to your cart is not a contract. A contract is formed when we accept your order, which we confirm by email after payment is received. We may decline an order — for example where the target website is unlawful, infringes third party rights, or falls outside the topics our publisher network accepts. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

3. Your responsibilities

• You own or have authority over every website and page you ask us to link to.
• You provide accurate campaign details: target URL, anchor text, niche and any brief.
• Content topics must be lawful and must not infringe copyright, trademark or other rights.
• You reply to brief approvals within a reasonable time; delays in approval delay delivery.
• You are responsible for how links fit into your own SEO strategy.

4. Content and intellectual property

Articles we commission for your campaign are written for you. Once the placement is live and paid for, we assign to you the rights we hold in that article text, so far as we are able to. We retain the right to show anonymised examples of our work. Publisher websites remain the property of their owners, and links are placed under the publisher’s own editorial terms.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the service described on the product page. Where tax applies to your location it is added at checkout. Payment is due in full before work begins unless we have agreed different terms in writing. Prices may change; the price that applies to your order is the price shown when the order was accepted.

6. Turnaround

Turnaround times are estimates measured in business days from the moment we receive your complete brief and payment. Some placements take longer because publishers review content on their own schedule. If a campaign is running materially late, contact us and we will chase it, replace the placement, or refund that line under our Refund & Delivery Policy.

7. Third party websites and metrics

Domain Authority, Domain Rating and traffic estimates are third party figures that change over time and are outside our control. We state them as benchmarks at the time of ordering. We do not control search engine algorithms, indexation decisions or ranking outcomes, and we do not guarantee rankings. Our Service Disclaimer sets this out in full.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful purposes, to promote illegal products or services, to deceive consumers, to place links on sites you do not control without authority, or to attempt to disrupt our systems.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before outreach begins and receive a full refund. Once publisher outreach or content production has started, cancellation is handled under our Refund & Delivery Policy, which may involve a deduction for work already completed.

10. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or changes in search engine rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your campaign details as confidential. We will not publish your client list, and delivery reports are shared only with you.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when the order was accepted.
